By purchasing from SnomiesCardhouse.com before or during our live Rip & Ship streams, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. SnomiesCardhouse specializes in trading card games and other TCG-related products sold before and during livestream events.

2. Order Process:

When you place an order before or during our livestream, you will have the choice to rip live on camera with us or have your order shipped sealed. All cards or items opened during the livestream will be carefully handled and shipped directly to you.

3. All Sales Final:

Once your packs or boxes have been opened during the livestream, all sales become final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any opened or shipped products.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds or exchanges are permitted only if requested prior to the opening (ripping) or shipping of your packs or boxes. Once opened or shipped, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

5. Shipping Policy:

Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days after your purchase. Tracking information will be provided via email or the provided phone number once your order ships.

6. Liability:

SnomiesCardhouse is not responsible for any manufacturing defects, damages caused by postal services, or any unforeseen damage once the product leaves our possession. We take great care in packaging your cards securely.

7. Product Authenticity:

All products sold on snomiescardhouse.com are 100% authentic and sourced directly from trusted suppliers and authorized distributors.

8. Pricing and Availability:

Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at our discretion.

9. Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
